Boulder Couples Photographer | Audra + Casey
I am happy to share my favorites from Audra and Casey's amazing colorful couples' session! These two wonderful souls hail from the state of Texas and got in touch with me to take some portraits of them on their visit to Boulder! It may be just me because I am so entrenched in my world of weddings but I too rarely see photos of couples that aren’t under the umbrella of engagements, weddings or family photography. I think it is absolutely wonderful when people take the opportunity to get photos with their partner because they are on vacation or just because. I honestly think some of the best candid photos happen in everyday moments. This notion of mine extends to friendships as well. I definitely don’t have professional photos with many of my friends and I think that would be pretty rad. I obviously believe that photos with loved ones are extremely important and meaningful and I would love to continue to see more occasions or non-occasions thrown into the mix because there are so many moments in life worth remembering. Therefore, I will hereby classify myself as a Boulder couples photographer in the hope to shoot more of these sessions!
Anyway, this beautiful March day we experienced the true wonder that Boulder, Colorado has to offer! We started the session at Chautauqua Park and then moved up the mountain to catch the final light at the overlook! For the duration of the entire session we had interesting and colorful skies and it was a true honor to show these two around my hometown and all the fantastic mountain views! It was chilly but luckily not too chilly and Audra and Casey were great sports in adjusting to the Colorado climate! Below are some of my favorites from the session – I hope that you enjoy them too!
